Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,045 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of fertilization, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure. Each is linked with PAG1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PAG1 results are reported.
