PAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-3, INS, and LGALS13. Each is linked with PAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-3 grouped by PAG1-low versus PAG1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
