PAFAH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAFAH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,775 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAFAH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GALE, ARHGEF16, and RBM47. Each is linked with PAFAH2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH2-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAFAH2 versus GALE in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAFAH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAFAH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
