Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAFAH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,815 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAFAH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR161, BOLA3-AS1, and GNB3. Each is linked with PAFAH2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH2-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAFAH2 versus GPR161 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAFAH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAFAH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
