PAFAH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAFAH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,234 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAFAH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-91P, CIDECP1, and NELFB. Each is linked with PAFAH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH2-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-91P grouped by PAFAH2-low versus PAFAH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAFAH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAFAH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
