PAFAH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAFAH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAFAH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10R2, KIR2DL3, and WFIKKN2. Each is linked with PAFAH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH2-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10R2 grouped by PAFAH2-low versus PAFAH2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAFAH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAFAH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
