Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAFAH1B3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,450 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAFAH1B3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAE1, PPP5C, and PRR19. Each is linked with PAFAH1B3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH1B3-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH1B3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAFAH1B3 versus SAE1 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAFAH1B3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAFAH1B3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
