The most reproducible PAFAH1B3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, Regulation of protection from non-homologous end joining at telomere, and Negative regulation of protection from non-homologous end joining at telomere. Each is linked with PAFAH1B3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH1B3-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH1B3 results are reported.
