The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher PAFAH1B2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAFAH1B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where PAFAH1B2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
