PAFAH1B2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAFAH1B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,443 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAFAH1B2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF214, RNF7, and UBE4A. Each is linked with PAFAH1B2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH1B2-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH1B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAFAH1B2 versus RNF214 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAFAH1B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAFAH1B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
