PAFAH1B2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAFAH1B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 548 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAFAH1B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P39, SNORA59B, and RN7SKP115. Each is linked with PAFAH1B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH1B2-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH1B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P39 grouped by PAFAH1B2-low versus PAFAH1B2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAFAH1B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAFAH1B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
