Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAFAH1B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,755 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAFAH1B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT2A, HMBS, and UBE4A. Each is linked with PAFAH1B2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH1B2-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH1B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAFAH1B2 versus KMT2A in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAFAH1B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAFAH1B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
