PAF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,032 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT5H, TIMM50, and PAK4. Each is linked with PAF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAF1-to-partner and partner-to-PAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAF1 versus SUPT5H in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
