Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,911 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32E, NASP, and INTS13. Each is linked with PAF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAF1-to-partner and partner-to-PAF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAF1 versus ANP32E in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
