PAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,349 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVII-26-2, RNU6-1103P, and MIR6794. Each is linked with PAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAF1-to-partner and partner-to-PAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVII-26-2 grouped by PAF1-low versus PAF1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
