PAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p62 Lck ligand, and Rad50. Each is linked with PAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAF1-to-partner and partner-to-PAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by PAF1-low versus PAF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
