PAF1

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,494 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Negative regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with PAF1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAF1-to-partner and partner-to-PAF1 results are reported.
