The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PAEP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAEP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and PRAD are the cancer types where PAEP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
