Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,755 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAEP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCF2, NNMT, and PLAU. Each is linked with PAEP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAEP-to-partner and partner-to-PAEP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAEP versus NCF2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
