Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 607 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK4P1, RN7SL147P, and ATP6V1E1P2. Each is linked with PAEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAEP-to-partner and partner-to-PAEP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AK4P1 grouped by PAEP-low versus PAEP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
