Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAEP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with PAEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAEP-to-partner and partner-to-PAEP results are reported.
