Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ2 and CT47A6. Each is linked with PAEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAEP-to-partner and partner-to-PAEP results are reported.
