Across TCGA patient cohorts, PADI6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,957 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PADI6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lymphocyte activation involved in immune response, Regulation of B cell differentiation, and Regulation of B cell activation. Each is linked with PADI6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PADI6-to-partner and partner-to-PADI6 results are reported.
