PADI6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PADI6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,905 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PADI6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, ARRDC3-AS1, and CRYBB2P1. Each is linked with PADI6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PADI6-to-partner and partner-to-PADI6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by PADI6-low versus PADI6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PADI6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PADI6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
