PADI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PADI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,601 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PADI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM138, RER1, and HHEX. Each is linked with PADI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PADI3-to-partner and partner-to-PADI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM138 grouped by PADI3-low versus PADI3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PADI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PADI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
