PADI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PADI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PADI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL16, HRH3, and IFNG. Each is linked with PADI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PADI3-to-partner and partner-to-PADI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL16 grouped by PADI3-low versus PADI3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PADI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PADI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
