Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PADI2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PADI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, E-Cadherin, and Rad50. Each is linked with PADI2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PADI2-to-partner and partner-to-PADI2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by PADI2-low versus PADI2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PADI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PADI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
