Across TCGA cell cohorts, PADI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PADI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTMT, LUZP4, and CLEC4M. Each is linked with PADI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PADI2-to-partner and partner-to-PADI2 results are reported.
