PADI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PADI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,666 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PADI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP56_S520, ZNF185, and ZNF185_S64. Each is linked with PADI1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PADI1-to-partner and partner-to-PADI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PADI1 versus NOP56_S520 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PADI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PADI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
