Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PADI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,894 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PADI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNA15, PTK6, and FAM83A. Each is linked with PADI1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PADI1-to-partner and partner-to-PADI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PADI1 versus GNA15 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PADI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PADI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
