PACSIN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACSIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,982 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACSIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSP, DCHS2, and CNTNAP5. Each is linked with PACSIN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACSIN2-to-partner and partner-to-PACSIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DSP grouped by PACSIN2-low versus PACSIN2-high in LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACSIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACSIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
