PACSIN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACSIN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,730 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACSIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFGAP3, CYB5R3, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with PACSIN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACSIN2-to-partner and partner-to-PACSIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACSIN2 versus ARFGAP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACSIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACSIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
