PACSIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACSIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,057 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACSIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS18CP4, H4C1, and MIR1250. Each is linked with PACSIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACSIN2-to-partner and partner-to-PACSIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS18CP4 grouped by PACSIN2-low versus PACSIN2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACSIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACSIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
