PACS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,818 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23B, BAG5, and CDC42BPB. Each is linked with PACS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACS2-to-partner and partner-to-PACS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACS2 versus SEC23B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
