Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,129 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PACS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEBP4, LMOD1, and FAT4. Each is linked with PACS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACS2-to-partner and partner-to-PACS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACS2 versus PEBP4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
