Across TCGA cell cohorts, PACS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,670 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PACS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Mitochondrion-endoplasmic reticulum membrane tethering, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with PACS2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACS2-to-partner and partner-to-PACS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum grouped by PACS2-low versus PACS2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
