PACS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,022 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN8, ISLR, and KANK2. Each is linked with PACS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACS1-to-partner and partner-to-PACS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACS1 versus SEPTIN8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
