PACS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PACS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 319 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP10, SERPINA7, and C1orf158. Each is linked with PACS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACS1-to-partner and partner-to-PACS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMP10 grouped by PACS1-low versus PACS1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
