Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PACRGL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PACRGL data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher PACRGL Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PACRGL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and LGG are the cancer types where PACRGL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
