PACRGL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACRGL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,095 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACRGL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NELFCD, CTBP1, and FKBP11. Each is linked with PACRGL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACRGL-to-partner and partner-to-PACRGL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACRGL versus NELFCD in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACRGL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACRGL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
