Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACRGL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,638 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACRGL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH14, DNAL4, and IFT27. Each is linked with PACRGL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACRGL-to-partner and partner-to-PACRGL results are reported.
