Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACRGL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACRGL-associated genes across cancer lineages are LKB1, Notch1, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with PACRGL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACRGL-to-partner and partner-to-PACRGL results are reported.
