Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PACC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PACC1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher PACC1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PACC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG and SARC are the cancer types where PACC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
