PACC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,717 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2B, SPAST, and CENPF. Each is linked with PACC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACC1-to-partner and partner-to-PACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACC1 versus ATAD2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
