Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,810 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEX3A, PSAT1, and TTK. Each is linked with PACC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACC1-to-partner and partner-to-PACC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACC1 versus MEX3A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
