PACC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 306 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1191P, ZNF114-AS1, and NPLP1. Each is linked with PACC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACC1-to-partner and partner-to-PACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1191P grouped by PACC1-low versus PACC1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
