Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, 4E-BP1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with PACC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACC1-to-partner and partner-to-PACC1 results are reported.
