Across TCGA cell cohorts, PACC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,084 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Nuclear pore complex assembly, and Nuclear pore organization. Each is linked with PACC1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACC1-to-partner and partner-to-PACC1 results are reported.
