Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MSH2, and MSH6. Each is linked with PABPN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPN1-to-partner and partner-to-PABPN1 results are reported.
