Across TCGA cell cohorts, PABPN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,177 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endothelial to hematopoietic transition, Regulation of DNA repair, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with PABPN1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPN1-to-partner and partner-to-PABPN1 results are reported.
